Fire Breaks Out At 4-Story Apartment Building In Norwalk: FD
Fire officials said flames could be seen coming from the roof of the building when crews arrived.
NORWALK, CT — Firefighters extinguished a blaze that broke out Thursday night at a four-story apartment building in Norwalk, according to fire officials.
In a news release, Deputy Chief Adam Markowitz said the structure fire was reported around 9 p.m. at a Day Street apartment building.
When firefighters arrived, they found flames emitting from the roof of the building. Using an aerial ladder, crews were able to extinguish the blaze within 10 minutes, Markowitz said.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation, Markowitz said.
