Free Presentation: "Seasonal Rhinitis. Signs, Symptoms and Treatments."

Dr. Purvi Shah of Advanced Specialty Care will give a free presentation on “Seasonal Rhinitis” on Thursday, July 9 at 3:00pm at the Norwalk Public Library, 1 Belden Avenue in Norwalk. She will cover common triggers of seasonal allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passages), symptoms and how to control them, as well as treatment options (what works and what doesn’t).

Dr. Shah is a board-certified Allergist with Advanced Specialty Care. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine Pediatrics and completed a Residency at St. Vincent’s Manhattan Hospital Allergy/Immunology and a Fellowship at State University of New York at Buffalo. She is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Shah sees children of all ages and adults, with prevention and patient education as her main goals.
