Frontier Communications' Hosts Grand Opening of New Retail Store in Norwalk

Frontier Communications hosted a ribbon-cutting and open house event on Thursday, December 11 to mark the grand opening of its new Frontier Retail Store in Norwalk.

The new retail store offers customers a fully staffed, expansive center for customer service and billing inquiries as well as for learning about the company’s comprehensive products and services. Located at 2 Washington Street in Norwalk, the store is open Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

“Frontier is excited to offer a convenient, comfortable location for customers to meet with us in person and get to know our company, as well as our products and services,” said Don Banowetz, Frontier’s Area General Manager for the Fairfield Region. “Our new Norwalk retail store will give both residential and business customers in the area the chance to learn more about us and how we can meet all their communications needs. We’re happy to be in Norwalk and to have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to great customer service.”

Along with leadership from Frontier Communications, members of The Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce joined guests at Thursday’s grand opening.
