Frontier Communications To Leave Nasdaq After Bankruptcy Filing
The Norwalk-based television/internet/telephone company will continue providing service to customers during the bankruptcy.
NORWALK, CT — Frontier Communications, the Norwalk-based television/internet/telephone company that filed for bankruptcy this month, will withdraw its listing — ticker symbol FTR — from the Nasdaq on April 24, writes the Norwalk Hour.
The company had spent more than two decades on the exchange, and says it will continue providing service to customers during the bankruptcy process.
Though company's shares will not be traded on the Nasdaq, they will be available on the "pink sheets" under the symbol FTRQ, according to the publication.
