Georgia Ede, M.D., National Expert on Connection between Nutrition and Mental & Physical Health, to Speak in Norwalk

May 23, 2016 (Fairfield County, CT)—The Southwest Regional Mental Health Board (SWRMHB) is pleased to sponsor Dr. Georgia Ede, a practicing psychiatrist and nutrition consultant from Smith College, for two workshops at Norwalk City Hall on Thursday, May 26th. Dr. Ede writes and speaks nationally about the connection between nutrition and both mental and physical health.

Dr. Ede’s work with patients whose diagnoses have included bipolar disorder, migraine headaches, ADHD, IBS, panic disorder, CFS, eating disorders, and more, as well as her personal experiences, have convinced her that what one eats has a critical influence on mental health, not only physical health. She is one of a growing number of physicians around the world who have come to believe that everyone who applies the truth about nutrition science to their diet can experience major improvements in their own health and mental well-being.
