Infant Cause of Death Released in Norwalk

NORWALK, CT — A baby who died at a Norwalk daycare in October was killed by "sudden unexpected infant death" while sleeping prone, according to the Officer of the State Medical Examiner.

Corinne Magda was sleeping at the Pack 'N Play daycare and was transported to the hospital after police got a report of an unconscious infant. She was later pronounced dead, according to the Norwalk Hour.

State Police assumed the investigation. The daycare is run by Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling's daughter Christine Limone.

Limone agreed to voluntarily surrender her family home care license and could reapply in the future if she chooses.
