ITEXPO Unveils Targeted Workshops and Training Series

New sessions give further insight into industry trends at upcoming conference

 

Norwalk, CT – December 16, 2013 – TMC today announced special workshops and training opportunities for the upcoming ITEXPO Miami, held January 28-31, 2014, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. The industry event brings together leading experts to discuss the next generation of business technology, including cloud computing, Machine-to-Machine communications, VoIP solutions, Social Media integration and much more. From panel sessions to keynote speakers and networking opportunities, ITEXPO offers attendees the chance to listen and discuss the opportunities and challenges the industry is facing.

·         Asterisk 1-2-3: The Essential 1-Day Asterisk Training Course- On Tuesday, January 28, attendees will be provided a well-rounded and informative introduction to the Asterisk Project. The all-day seminar will include background information, methods of installing Asterisk and real-life examples of configurations for call flow and features such as voicemail and IVR.

·         Sangoma Lync Express Workshop- On Tuesday, January 28, attendees are invited to the only all-in-one Lync server appliance with a built-in VoIP gateway and session border controller. This is an introduction to the product from a conceptual and strategic viewpoint designed to help attendees understand where Lync Express fits into network architecture and the benefits it delivers.

·         Enterprise WebRTC Pavilion- On January 29-31, attendees will learn about current initiatives, options and ways to successfully deploy enterprise WebRTC. Provisioning, PSTN configuration, peering/SIP trunk configuration, system settings and customization, auto-attendant/IVR, call-routing, security, trouble-shooting, and more will be covered during the workshop.
