Jeffrey J. Hughes, age 61, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2019 at his home in Bridgeport, CT.
He was born in Norwalk on January 17, 1958 and was the son of the late John and Marjorie Miller Hughes, longtime Norwalk residents. A former member of Christ Episcopal Church in East Norwalk, Mr. Hughes worked for many years at County TV and Appliance in Stamford. He was an avid sports fan, music lover and concert-goer. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Pratt and her husband William of Norwalk, nephew Jason, niece Melissa and extended family in the US and Canada. Donations may be made in his name to Christ Episcopal Church or the Human Services Council in Norwalk.
