Joel A. Laguerre, age 81, passed away on September 15, 2018 at Norwalk Hospital. He was born on July 13, 1937 in Camp Perrin, Haiti and was the son of Vitelius and Julie Alexis Laguerre.Family and friends are invited to a wake and funeral service on Friday September 21, 2018 from 4:00 till 8:00 pm in the Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk.
