Juneteenth Celebration Planned For Norwalk June 19

NORWALK, CT — A celebration of Juneteenth, the date marking the end of slavery in the United States, will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday at Veteran's Park in Norwalk, organizers announced.

The peaceful event will include speakers, music and art, and attendees are asked to wear a mask to protect from the coronavirus.
