Kid Wanders In Street, Norwalk Couple Charged: PD

NORWALK, CT — Police arrested a Norwalk couple after a child was found running around in traffic back in June, according to police.

Police got a call a around midnight June 4 about a child in the roadway on West Avenue, according to The Hour.

Jocelyn Frye, 26, was charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Marcus Gilliams, 28, was charged with disorderly conduct. Both were in a dispute during the incident, police said. They were found to have outstanding warrants during a Westport stop.
