Lockwood-Mathews Celebrates 50th Anniversary in 2016
A reception and fundraiser will be held at the mansion museum this week.

NORWALK, CT - Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum in Norwalk will mark its 50th anniversary in 2016, and will start the year of celebration with a fundraiser this week.
The reception, which coincides with the museum's seasonal reopening, will be held Thursday, April 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Admission is $10, reports The Hour.

Thursday also marks the opening of an analog and digital photography exhibit by Silvermine School of Art professor and artist Bruce Dunbar.
The exhibit features pictures of structures built in Connecticut between 1870 and 1940.
