NORWALK, CT — Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man accused of exposing himself to a woman at pharmacy in Norwalk.

In a news release, Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino said the man approached the woman at a local pharmacy and identified himself as a medical student.

The man asked the woman to allow him to examine her feet, then exposed himself to her, according to Gulino. She immediately called for help and the man fled from the store.

A similar incident involving the same man was also reported at a different pharmacy in town, Gulino said.

"We urge all of our residents, women in particular, to be cautious when offered any services involving a physical exam," Gulino said in a news release, "and to only accept services from qualified professionals who are properly regulated and licensed."
