Man Accused Of Running Over Person's Foot In Norwalk: Report
Police said the accused allegedly ran over a person's foot in a parking lot after being told to slow down.

NORWALK, CT – Police said a Norwalk man is accused of running over a person's foot Tuesday night in a Walmart parking lot after the person told him to slow down, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said Howard Adams, 48, then pulled into a spot near the person and ran over their foot.
According to the Norwalk Hour, police said the accused yelled and cursed at the person as he drove into them. Police subsequently used video surveillance to identify the accused and arrested him a short time later.
