Man Accused Of Shattering Window At Norwalk Shelter: Report
Police said the accused allegedly threw a glass pitcher at a woman and shattered a window at the shelter in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a 33-year-old man accused of throwing a glass pitcher at a woman and shattering a window at Open-Doors Shelter was arrested Saturday morning, the Norwalk Hour reported. The woman was taken to Norwalk Hospital and later released, police said.
According to the Norwalk Hour, police subsequently located Stenis Lowery, 33, on Chestnut Street holding a large piece of wood. When asked to drop it, the accused allegedly took a baseball hitting stance, then turned around and ran but complied after an officer pointed a Taser at him.
