Man Accused Of Threatening Administrator Found At Church: Report

Norwalk police said a 21-year-old man accused of threatening a college administrator was located by officers at a local church.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a 21-year-old man accused of threatening a Central Connecticut State University administrator was located by officers at a Norwalk church last week, the Norwalk Hour reported.

According to the Hour, CCSU campus police said they learned Rutho Charlot, 21, of New Britain had allegedly been harassing and threatening a school administrator. The accused also allegedly began harassing the administrator's mother after learning her identity, police said.

Police said they later received a tip that the accused would be at the Norwalk Church of the Nazarene on Sunday, Feb. 25, the Hour reported. The accused was subsequently arrested and transported to New Britain.
