Man Caught Masturbating In Norwalk School Parking Lot, Cops Say

NORWALK, CT — A 52-year-old New York man was arrested by Norwalk police on a charge of public indecency on Tuesday after officers found him masturbating in a car in the parking lot of Cranbury Elementary School.

Troy S. Musacchio was additionally charged with loitering on school grounds and second-degree trespassing following the 1 p.m. incident.

With schools closed due to the new coronavirus pandemic, officers have been patrolling school grounds, playgrounds and other areas in the city to make sure that "no unauthorized people" are at those facilities.

While on Knowalot Lane on Tuesday, where Cranbury Elementary is located, officers spotted a vehicle parked in the lot.

"Officers observed the occupant of the vehicle, Troy Musacchio, was masturbating inside the vehicle while watching a pornographic movie on a phone," police said.

Musacchio was issued a misdemeanor summons and released from the scene on a promise to appear in court, according to police, but the incident remains under investigation. His court date in Bridgeport Superior Court is scheduled for April 24.
