Man Charged With Burglary, Smashing Window: Norwalk Police
Police said a Norwalk man was charged with burglary after allegedly smashing a window to gain entry into a residence.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk man was charged with burglary after allegedly smashing a window to gain entry into a Van Zant Street residence, the Norwalk Hour reported. The incident occurred early Sunday around 5 a.m., police said.
According to the Hour, police said the resident returned home from work and realized Javier Garcia-Flores, 25, of Norwalk was inside the apartment. A window had been smashed to gain entry into the apartment, police said.
Police said blood was found on the glass and throughout the apartment, according to the Hour. The accused was charged with burglary, police said.
