Man Charged in Norwalk Prostitution Sting
A man dressed as a woman was charged in a South Norwalk prostitution sting.
Police arrested a man who was dressed as a woman and charged him with prostitution after a sting operation Thursday night.
Robert Thompkins, 26, allegedly was called by undercover officers to set-up a meeting. Thompkins allegedly agreed to perform a sexual act in exchange for money, according to the Norwalk Hour.
