Man Leads Police On Two 'Dangerous' Pursuits In Norwalk: Report
Police said the accused continued to resist arrest even after flipping his vehicle.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk man accused of stealing a car out of Stamford lead police on two separate car chases Friday, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said Carlos Fraguara, 38, slammed into an unmarked cruiser and nearly hit a few officers when confronted by police in a Wendy's parking lot.
According to the Norwalk Hour, police said officers located the accused a few hours later, who again drove away in a dangerous manner. Police said the accused attempted to drive on a sidewalk and eventually flipped his car, but still continued to resist arrest while trapped inside the vehicle.
