NORWALK, CT — Police said a Milford man is accused of resisting arrest and swearing at an officer after his friend was allegedly caught urinating in public, the Norwalk Hour reports.
According to the Hour, an officer patrolling Water Street early Saturday morning said he noticed a group of five or six individuals punching road signs. Police said the officer noticed one of the individuals was urinating as he walked down the road.
Police said Jacob Pina, 26, of Milford shouted obscenities at the officer as he spoke to the accused's friend, and later resisted the officer's attempts to arrest him, according to the Hour.
