Man Who Shot Himself Arrested: Norwalk PD

NORWALK, CT — Police have arrested a Shelton man who accidentally shot himself in the leg at Bow Tie Cinemas on Sept. 8, according to police.

Theo Thomopoulos, 51, was charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment and breach of peace. No one else was injured during the incident.

He was transported to Norwalk Hospital for treatment.

He turned himself in to police Oct. 5 on an active arrest warrant.
