Man's Face Slashed During Incident In Norwalk: Report
Police said a Norwalk man is accused of slashing another man's face with a box cutter outside a city liquor store.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk man is accused of slashing a person's face with a box cutter Monday outside Cocchia’s Liquor Store on Ely Avenue, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said two men claimed Rafael Palacios-Toro, 53, attacked them after exiting the store heavily intoxicated. (To sign up for Norwalk breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
According to the Norwalk Hour, the men reported the accused punched one of them in the face and slashed the other man's face with a box cutter, which caused a "significant laceration," police said. The accused was arrested soon after and found to have a box cutter in his waistband, police said.
