"Match Game" is seeking clever and charismatic personalities from Connecticut to play the ultimate version of fill-in-the-blank. Casting for the classic game show's fourth season will be underway for the next few weeks, and applying could not be easier.
If you think you have what it takes to compete for up to $25,000 with some of your favorite celebrities, then simply fill out the form at matchgamecast.com.
All applicants must be at least 21-years-old and be a legal resident of the United States to apply.

Aside from basic information, applicants are asked to provide three fun facts about themselves as well as some of their interests and hobbies. The form also asks what applicants would do with the prize money if they won, and are asked not to say "pay bills, student loans, etc."
Aside from providing a link to your Facebook account and a recent photo, applicants are also "highly encouraged" to provide a video of themselves, injected with as much personality and fun as possible.

"Match Game" airs on ABC and is hosted by actor Alec Baldwin. The show films in late May/early June, so all interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible!
