Max Wittek, Former Norwalk Resident, Signs Contract with NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars

Wittek played his college football at the University of Hawaii.

NORWALK, CT - Fourteen-year Norwalk resident Max Wittek has signed a free agent contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League, according to the University of Hawaii, his former college.

Wittek lived in Norwalk from about six months old through middle school, reports The Hour. His family then moved to California and he played his high school ball at Mater Dei High School.

Before transferring to the University of Hawaii, Wittek played for the University of Southern California.

The 23-year-old signed the free agent deal with the Jags on April 29.
