Money Dispute Leads To Arrest Of 3 On Burglary Charges: Police
The incident, which police said included an assault, occurred on Saturday afternoon on Ely Avenue.
NORWALK, CT — Three Norwalk residents were arrested on first-degree burglary charges on Saturday following a dispute over money that Norwalk police said ended with the victim requiring treatment at Norwalk Hospital.
The incident occurred at about 2 p.m. in the Roodner Court housing complex. Officers were called to the scene on a report of an assault, after which the victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
"The Detective Bureau assumed this investigation and interviewed all parties, including the victim when the victim was released from the hospital," police said. "Detectives determined all parties were known to each other, and this was the result of an ongoing dispute over money."

Arrested were:
- Regina Russell, 35, of Ely Avenue, who was also charged with third-degree assault
- Taurean Hough, 34, of South Main Street
- Ashley Dickson, 34, of Ely Avenue
All three were held on $10,000 each and are scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court at a later date.
