Muscle Maker Grill®, a fast-casual restaurant franchise that serves freshly prepared meals with your health in mind, announces it has opened the doors to a Norwalk, CT restaurant. The location marks the second of 15 restaurants to be developed in the state by franchise owners Robert Painter and Craig Platt. Located at 440 Westport Ave, the new restaurant offers local residents healthier versions of their favorite foods, including chicken, seafood, pasta, burgers, wraps and salads.
“As Connecticut natives, we are thrilled to bring a restaurant option to the state that offers convenient meal selections that are not only healthy, but also taste great and leave you feeling satisfied,” said Painter. “We get new customers every day and it only takes one bite for them to quickly become loyalists.”
A member of the New York City Fire Department (NYFD), Painter has been involved with cooking and restaurants since he was 15 years old. He has been named a finalist of the past three 5 Alarm Cook-offs ─ a kitchen competition pitting the best cooks in the NYFD. Painter and Platt plan to open their third CT Muscle Maker Grill in Hamden in early 2014.
