Naked Walker Arrested: Norwalk PD
He allegedly touched himself, according to a neighbor's report to police.
NORWALK, CT — A man was charged with public indecency after police received reports that he was walking around an East Norwalk neighborhood naked, according to police.
Police were dispatched around 11 p.m. Wednesday and a neighbor said Nelson Velez walked up and down his driveway while touching himself, according to the Norwalk Hour.
Velez allegedly ran off before police arrived, but officers later made contact and arrested him.
