New Executive Director

Rowayton Arts Center

Andrea Letters has been appointed Executive Director of the Rowayton Arts Center. Andrea, a native of Long Island, has lived in Rowayton with her husband, and two sons for the last 12 years. She is a photographer and has studied Art, Art History and English at her alma mater, University of California in Santa Barbara.

Her professional career includes two stints as Associate Art Director for Gourmet Magazine (Condé Nast) and Metropolitan Home Magazine (Hachette-Filipacchi). Andrea and her husband, Cameron, have been very active in Rowayton. One event in particular (that Cameron co-founded) is Rowayton’s Thanksgiving Turkey Trot.

Andrea said of her appointment, “I’m really looking forward to joining the great team already in place at RAC. I have a lot of ideas to help RAC grow and expand its outreach in the community. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work!”Hope you will drop by and welcome Andrea to the Arts Center.

For almost 60 years, the Rowayton Arts Center has been a cultural gem in the community. It is an exceptional gallery where regional artists may exhibit and sell their art as well as a wonderful venue for art workshops and classes.
