This exhibition offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at how ideas evolve over time, how concepts are tested, reworked, expanded and sometimes completely transformed, according to the art space.
Across a range of mediums and approaches, the artists experiment boldly, take creative risks and respond to both their personal experiences and shared community, according to the art space.
Some works mark pivotal breakthroughs or shifts in direction, others reveal quieter moments of refinement, reflection and discovery. Together, they map the rhythms of an active studio practice, where uncertainty, curiosity and persistence are essential parts of the process, according to the release.
Rather than focusing on a single outcome or polished conclusion, The Artist's Path honors the journey itself: a year of exploration, growth, dialogue and creative momentum within the supportive environment of the art space's residency program, the release notes.
Parking is available in Matthews Park or on the corner of West Avenue and Matthews Park Drive, according to the art space.
