New Norwalk Seafood Restaurant To Open

NORWALK, CT — A new restaurant that will feature locally-caught seafood will open soon in East Norwalk.

Knots Norms Catering Co. was originally going to be just a mobile catering service, but owner Jay LeBlanc came across restaurant space on First Street, according to The Hour.

Most of the food will be served on New England style hot dog rolls. Some offerings include Copps Island Oysters and clams from Bloom Brothers.
