Norwalk Announces Holiday Garbage Pickup Schedule
City officials have also released the schedule for the Norwalk Transfer Station.

NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent Street, will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day) and will reopen for regular business hours on Wednesday, Dec. 26 at 7 a.m.
There will be no garbage and recycling collection services by the City of Norwalk on Tuesday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day). Garbage and Recycling will be collected normally on Monday, Dec. 24.
Garbage and Recycling normally collected on Tuesday December 25th will be collected on Wednesday, Dec. 26. Wednesday routes will be collected on Thursday, Dec. 27, and so on until Friday routes are collected on Saturday, Dec. 29. (To sign up for Norwalk breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
