The City of Norwalk’s Household Hazardous Waste Day scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2020 HAS BEEN CANCELED. The event was canceled due to safety concerns for the public and staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The events scheduled for September and October in New Canaan, Westport, and Wilton are still currently moving forward, but may also be canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 safety concerns. Updates will be posted on norwalkct.org.
If someone has household hazardous waste that must be disposed of, please check CTDEEP for disposal options or contact the companies below which will collect household hazardous waste for a fee:
