Making Strides Against Breast Cancer events and the dollars raised from them help the American Cancer Society fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and provide free, comprehensive information and support to those touched by breast cancer. The American Cancer Society helps people take steps to reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it may be easier to treat.

“Every year, members of our chapter, along with members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority nationwide, commit ourselves to raising as much money as we can to help the American Cancer Society defeat breast cancer. We know we are a powerful force in this fight and the Making Strides events help us harness that power,” said Pamela Sauls, Alpha Alpha Rho Zeta Chapter president. “Although the event was different this year because of the coronavirus pandemic, our mission was the same and we were as proud as ever to help the American Cancer Society raise the awareness and funds that might one day lead to a world without breast cancer.” To support Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s commitment to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, visit http://makingstrideswalk.org/ZetaPhiBeta to donate.
