Norwalk To Collect Residents' Used Mattresses, Box Springs
Norwalk's free mattresses and box spring recycling collection program will take place in April.

NORWALK, CT — The city will be collecting Norwalk residents' used mattresses and box springs for free in April.
The collection will take place in partnership with the Mattress Recycling Council's "Connecticut Bye Bye Mattress" program, according to the city's Facebook page.
The first collection date is scheduled for April 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Norwalk Public Works Center, located at 15 South Smith Street in Norwalk. Two additional mattress collections will take place June 17 and Sept. 16.
