Norwalk Condo Residents Challenge Zoning Project Approval

A condo association has filed a lawsuit over a recent Zoning Commission decision.

NORWALK, CT — Some Rolling Ridge Condominium residents are upset with Zoning Commission approval of a development.

The Village at 272-280 Main Ave.calls for 85,000 square feet of retail, 13,000 square feet of retail on the front of Main Avenue and 4,000 square feet of restaurant space, according to the Norwalk Hour.

Members of the condo association have filed a complaint in state Superior Court that alleges the application for the project was incomplete and doesn't conform to zoning regulations or state statutes.
