Norwalk Convicted Murderer Sentenced

The man strangled a woman to death in 2016.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was sentenced to 25 years in prison for strangling a woman to death in an Arch Street condo in June 2016.

James Cunningham was found guilty of the murder of Marian Alexander, according to the Hour.

Cunningham's DNA was found at the scene and under her fingernails, indicating that she fought back.
