The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

The Climate Crisis is the most important issue facing our community. We will need to be vigilant in the coming years to explore and put into motion policies that preserve our land and slow the effects of this crisis. We owe this to our children and future generations to make these changes.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I have the experience of having served on the Council. This has helped to shape my philosophy of inclusion and service to all residents. I am a problem solver with compassion and the energy to take on big issues.

Accomplishments:

My record within the Council. I speak up when it is appropriate and study the issues. The pandemic has made me take a long look at myself and make changes. These have made me a stronger leader.

Other issues:

I believe that education is a cornerstone of infrastructure. This coupled with healthcare are important components to a thriving and working community. If we want to achieve equity we need to attend to these things first.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I believe that we are strongest when we work together to solve big issues, but I also believe that we need to take moments to reflect on how far we have come. Inclusion is important to our very survival. Everyone, altogether!
