Norwalk Football Cruises To 42-13 Win Over Westhill
The Bears improve to 3-0 under first-year coach Sean Ireland
The Norwalk football team improved to 3-0 after routing winless Westhill 42-13 at home on Saturday afternoon.
Delshawn Wilson passed for three touchdowns and nearly 200 yards as the Bears pulled away in the second half to turn the contest into a rout. Westhill dropped to 0-3.
After Norwalk's Jon Anzalone opened the scoring with a 2-yard TD run, Dylan Moye surprised the Bears by returning the ensuing kickoff 70 yards for a TD, but that was one of only two highlights for the Vikings.

In the second quarter, Wilson threw TD strikes of 13 yards to Andy St. Fleur and 15 yards to Gil Araujo to give the Bears a 21-7 lead at the intermission.
In the third period, Wilson connected with Derek Edwards for a 39-yard TD before Tomar Joseph's 37-yard TD run pushed Norwalk's lead to 35-7.

After Moye provided Westhill's other highlight with a 70-yard TD scamper, Norwalk capped the scoring on Joseph's 6-yard burst.
Wilson connected of 14-of-16 passes while Joseph rushed for 100 of his 132 yards in the second half for the Bears.
Other than Moye's long TD run, the Vikings were held to under 100 yards of total offense.
Norwalk visits Trinity Catholic on Friday (3 p.m.) while Westhill heads to Bridgeport Central on Thursday (6 p.m.)
