Norwalk Girl Missing for 40 Years Possibly in Tennessee: Police
Police received a tip that a girl who has been missing for 40 years may be in Tennessee.
BRISTOL, TN - Police said a girl who went missing from Norwalk 40 years ago may be found in Bristol, Tennessee, News 5 reported.
Maria Anjiras ran away from home in 1976 when she was 14, according to News 5. She had allegedly gotten into an argument with her father and took off on her bicycle.
Police had received a tip that she may have been working and living in Bristol in 1993, going by the name Lynn, News 8 reported. Though that lead did eventually run cold, Police are hoping to find new evidence to support this lead.
