Norwalk Makes Big $$$ in Walmart/HomeGoods Property Sale
The 140,000-square-foot site is located at 680 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk.

Norwalk, CT - Norwalk reportedly will receive a windfall of $375,000 in conveyance taxes with the recent sale of the 140,000-square-foot property on Connecticut Avenue that houses Walmart and HomeGoods.
The Hour writes that the property was recently bought for $30 million by Equity One, which resulted in the large conveyance tax.

Located at 680 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk, the property was owned by Christopher Road Associates, which bought the property in 1994 for $1.8 million.
