Norwalk Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Minor: Police
A Norwalk man accused of sexually assaulting a minor was arrested this week after a months-long investigation, according to police.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man accused of sexually assaulting a minor was arrested Wednesday morning after a months-long investigation, according to police.
In a news release, Deputy Chief Terrence Blake said the department's Special Victims Unit received a complaint from the Connecticut Department of Children and Families in May regarding the sexual assault of a minor.
With assistance from DCF, Norwalk detectives identified Marco Rodas, 27, of Norwalk, as a suspect in the assault, Blake said.

A warrant for Rodas' arrest was issued based on the investigation, Blake said. He was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
His bond was set at $750,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court next month, according to Blake.
