Norwalk Man Accused Of Threatening To Shoot Marshal: Report

Police said a Norwalk man is accused of threatening to shoot a marshal attempting to deliver legal paperwork.

NORWALK, CT — Police said an East Norwalk man was arrested on a warrant Monday after allegedly threatening to shoot a marshal attempting to deliver legal paperwork, the Norwalk Hour reported.

According to the Hour, police said Charles Schemera, 69, allegedly told the marshal he was going to shoot him and called him various names when he attempted to deliver legal paperwork to the accused at his home on June 15. The marshal later reported the alleged incident to police.
