Norwalk Man Accused Of Threatening Woman: Milford Police
The accused smacked the phone out of a woman's hand as she tried to record him yelling at her, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Norwalk man is accused of violating a protective order when he smacked the phone out of a woman's hand while she was trying to record the accused yelling at her, Milford Police say.
On June 11, police received a complaint of a possible domestic violence incident that had just occurred outside a Milford home. Investigation led to the arrest of Pablo Duran, 35, of Fairfield Avenue in Norwalk who is accused of smacking the phone out of a woman's hand while she was trying to record Duran yelling at her, police said.
Duran is also accused of threatening to harm the woman if she called 911, police said. Further investigation showed the victim to hold a protective order against Duran, police said.

He is charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and criminal mischief. He was given a $2,500 bond.
