Norwalk Man Arrested Twice in Less Than 24 Hours: PD

The second time involved violating a protective order, according to police.

NORWALK, CT — A local man was arrested twice in less than 24 hours after he violated a protective order, according to police.

A patrolling officer found a man and woman shouting at each other on Chestnut Street, according to the Norwalk Hour.

David Burden, 36, was arrested on Thursday after a domestic dispute with the same woman, police said. Burden was subject to two protective orders that prevent him from being at the house or contacting her.
