Norwalk Man Found Drinking Beer In Illegally Parked Car: Police

Police said the accused was found parked illegally on a one-way street, drinking a beer while sitting on the driver's side of the car.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk man was arrested Friday night at the intersection of Osborne Avenue and Van Zant Street after he was allegedly found parked facing the wrong way on a one-way road and drinking a beer while sitting on the driver's side of the car, the New London Day reported.

According to the Day, police said 24-year-old David Rodriguez's car had a breathalyzer interlock installed, however the accused also had a 17-year-old with him to blow into the device. Officers also found a small amount of marijuana and nine Xanax pills in the accused's car, police said.
