Norwalk Man Found Passed Out In Car, Clutching Heroin: Report

Police said a Norwalk man was arrested after he was found passed out in a car with over 40 bags of heroin.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk man was arrested after he was found passed out in a car with heroin in his hand, the Norwalk Hour reported. The incident occurred Friday around 6:40 p.m. on Adams Avenue, police said.

According to the Hour, police said they received reports of an unresponsive man sitting behind the wheel of a car. Officers subsequently found 22-year-old Jack Citron slumped over the wheel of a car while clutching bags of heroin, police said.

Police said officers arrested Citron and searched the car, there they located 46 bags of heroin, an unlabeled bottle containing two types of pills and a small amount of marijuana, according to the Hour.
