Norwalk Man Sicced Dog On Elderly Man: PD

NORWALK, CT — A city man is charged with commanding his dog to attack an elderly man, according to police. Police were dispatched to the Roodner Court housing complex on Ely Avenue Sept. 18.

Officers found a victim bleeding heavily from a bite wound to the arm, according to the Hour. He was taken to the hospital and treated for severe injuries.

Leslie Rodriguez, 35, commanded his dog to bite the victim after the victim saw Rodriguez creating a mess by rifling through cans that were outside of his apartment, police said.
