Norwalk Man Sold Heroin 3x to Officers: PD

NORWALK, CT — Police charged a local man after he sold heroin to undercover officers three times, police said.

Police arrested him by warrant Friday after he was seen sitting in a vehicle on Flax Hill Park, according to the Norwalk Hour. To sign up for Norwalk breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Timothy Marriner, 22, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell heroin, possession of narcotics and two counts of sale of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school.
