Norwalk Man Strangled Victim: PD
The victim checked on the man after noticing the man asleep for more than an hour in a vehicle.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested after he attempted to strangle a person who became concerned for his safety, according to police.
Doug Robinson, 56, chased the victim after the victim tried to wake him up after seeing him in the car for more than an hour, according to the Norwalk Hour.
Robinson chased the victim into a house and the victim called 911, police said.

Robinson was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, criminal mischief and assault on a person over 60 years old.
